Bilendi review: French panels, points and rewards

This Bilendi review starts with an important distinction: Bilendi is the business behind panels, meaning communities of people invited to share their opinions. To decide whether the experience suits you, check the panel named in your invitation, its terms and its reward catalogue. The group name alone does not tell you what your balance is worth.

The focus here is France, using the public information for mingle and Maximiles. The guide separates documented rules from details you must confirm inside your account, particularly the points required for a bank transfer. For a broader perspective, our guide to choosing paid survey services explains how to compare options without treating rewards as regular income.

Bilendi review: how do Maximiles and mingle fit in?

The Bilendi website presents quantitative and qualitative research services. Quantitative research measures responses across a group of participants; qualitative research explores experiences and opinions in more depth. The corporate website therefore serves organisations commissioning research as well as people who might want to answer questions. It should not be mistaken for a universal participant dashboard or a single rewards programme.

The mingle about page says that Bilendi France SAS owns the platform. The Maximiles legal information also identifies Bilendi France SAS, based in Paris, France. A shared operator helps establish who runs the services. It does not make the two programmes a single catalogue or establish that their points are interchangeable.

Before comparing anything, record three things: the website domain, the exact name of the points and the account country. A price observed on mingle France cannot automatically be applied to Maximiles or another country. This simple distinction prevents a common misunderstanding: a review of one group brand does not necessarily describe the programme you personally joined or the rewards available to you.

Who can join a Bilendi panel in France?

The mingle terms restrict membership to people whose main residence is in France and set a minimum age of 16. Anyone under 18 must have parental or legal guardian permission. The Maximiles France terms state the same age and residence conditions. Free membership does not remove these requirements or mean that everyone visiting the website is eligible. Both sets of terms also reserve the operator’s right to refuse a reward to a member under 18: permission to join therefore does not guarantee that a minor will receive a reward.

If you live in Belgium, do not select a French address to access a catalogue that looks more attractive. Identify a local service and read its own terms instead. Our guide to paid surveys in Belgium keeps country eligibility at the centre of the comparison. A European research business does not, by that description alone, give every resident worldwide access to its French participant programme.

The mingle terms allow one account per person and email address and require activation through an emailed link. Use your real identity and keep your information current. Another account or an invented residence is not a solution to missing invitations. The sensible response is to check your profile and contact the relevant service, rather than creating inconsistencies that could later make the account difficult to verify.

How do registration and survey participation work?

For mingle, the terms describe membership as free and without commitment. The FAQ explains that invitations may arrive by email, text message or mobile notification. You decide whether to take part in each project. The Maximiles homepage describes registration, profile completion and collecting points. Activities advertised by Maximiles should not be assumed to exist in every other panel operated by the same business.

A straightforward process without risky shortcuts
  1. 1
    Identify the panel

Check the domain and French terms before sharing information. Distinguish the corporate website from the actual member area.

  2. 2
    Create and activate the account

Enter your real identity and residence, then confirm the emailed link. Do not create multiple accounts to generate more invitations.

  3. 3
    Complete your profile

Answer targeting questions honestly. Update circumstances when they change; an invented profile is not a useful participation strategy.

  4. 4
    Read each invitation

Compare the advertised duration, available points and closing date. Decline if you lack the time or feel uncomfortable sharing the requested information.

  5. 5
    Check credits and rewards

After participating, keep a record of the project and balance. Before redeeming, read the reward description instead of relying on an old points price.

Your profile helps direct invitations towards people who fit a research requirement. It does not guarantee selection or a reward every time you open a questionnaire. The mingle FAQ explains repeated demographic questions as a way to obtain current information. Seeing a similar question again is therefore not, on its own, evidence that the questionnaire is broken or that an earlier answer has been lost.

How frequent are invitations and how long do surveys take?

The mingle France FAQ states an average of one invitation per week and an average survey duration of 5–20 minutes, checked in November. These are general service descriptions, not your personal schedule. The invitation gives the approximate duration and points for the project. Read those details when deciding whether participation is worthwhile, rather than treating the published average as a weekly entitlement.

An invitation is not the same as a completed survey. Your profile may not match the target, or enough people in your category may already have participated. That limit is called a quota. The FAQ explains both situations. Include the time spent encountering them when evaluating the experience, even though they do not result in a full survey completion or the full advertised reward.

Do not multiply a weekly invitation average by a reward quoted elsewhere to forecast monthly income. Invitation frequency, eligibility and the actual reward are three separate variables. A personal record over a chosen period is more useful: track invitations, surveys genuinely completed and points actually credited. Keep those results personal rather than assuming that another member, or the same account later, will follow an identical pattern.

Bilendi review: what are the points and rewards worth?

There is no established universal conversion for every kind of “Bilendi points”. Read the catalogue for the relevant programme. On mingle France, public examples show the cost of specific rewards. They do not automatically establish the bank transfer conversion, the price of another gift or the value of Maximiles points. A named reward is a concrete example, not evidence of a single exchange rate across the business.

Source: mingle France public catalogue, page 2, checked in November; recheck availability and conditions before redemption.

For Nintendo, €15 divided by 1,500 points gives €0.01 of voucher face value per point. For Maxim’s Shop, €20 divided by 1,800 points gives approximately €0.0111. These calculations describe the listed vouchers, not cash available in your bank account. Face value means the amount attached to the voucher; its practical usefulness also depends on restrictions and whether you normally buy from that retailer.

Points cost of selected mingle rewards
mingle points
Nintendo €151,500 points
Cultura €151,500 points
Maxim’s Shop €201,800 points

A voucher with a slightly better mathematical ratio may be useless if you never shop with that retailer. A voucher covering an already planned purchase may be more practical. Avoid creating an extra purchase merely to justify a reward. Decide what you genuinely need first, then compare validity conditions, exclusions and the points balance required for the option you can actually use without changing your budget.

How do you request a bank transfer or gift voucher?

The mingle catalogue lists bank transfers of €20, €30, €40, €50 or €100, checked in November. The smallest bank amount shown on that page is therefore €20. Check the points required for that transfer inside your account. Open the request inside your account and confirm the conversion before treating that amount as an achievable cash redemption target.

Do not conclude that a €20 transfer necessarily costs 2,000 points: that would apply the Nintendo voucher ratio to a bank payment. Also check the account details required, any fees, whether your balance is validated and the recipient conditions. If a detail is missing, ask support before redeeming. An explicit answer is more useful than discovering a restriction only after points have been deducted from the account.

The mingle terms say displayed delivery times are indicative and may vary with reward suppliers and banks. This guide therefore does not promise a specific bank payment deadline. Keep the request confirmation and compare its status with the timing shown when you redeem. If something is late, contact support with the relevant transaction information; do not post private bank details publicly in an attempt to obtain assistance.

For gift vouchers, read the full description: country of use, expiry, instructions and any exclusions. These are checks to perform, not a claim that every voucher has every possible restriction. To distinguish this from our own shop, the Microtaches gift card guide explains a separate rewards system. Its units cannot automatically be equated with mingle points or used to interpret a mingle catalogue price.

Why do surveys screen you out, and do points expire?

The mingle FAQ explains screen-outs as a mismatch with the target group or a quota already being full. It states a reward of 2 mingle points in those situations, checked in November. That is not the full survey reward. Distinguish a screening exit, a completed questionnaire and a technical incident. They require different checks even when the immediate experience feels similar: you spent time but did not receive the expected full credit.

The terms provide for consistency, quality and response-time checks. Answer at your own pace without inventing circumstances to stay in the survey. A questionnaire is not a test in which you need to discover the commercially desirable “correct” answer. Your real profile is the appropriate basis for participation. Being screened out is not a reason to alter it artificially or give answers inconsistent with your actual circumstances.

For inactivity, the mingle FAQ says points expire after 12 months of inactivity and describes continued validity as conditional on receiving at least one point a year. It also mentions account deactivation or deletion after more than 36 months without activity. These are not interchangeable deadlines. Points can be lost before the account itself is closed, so an accessible login does not prove an old balance remains protected.

Two different inactivity timeframes
months
Points: inactivity12 months
Account: inactivityOver 36 months

The FAQ also says unredeemed points are lost when you unsubscribe. Before closing an account, check your redemption options and any pending requests. If the balance is below the necessary threshold, do not assume a partial payment will be available. Ask for written clarification and then decide. There is no need to continue participating indefinitely merely because you have already spent time building a balance that no longer suits your needs.

Bilendi and your data: what should you check?

A panel needs profile information to select participants. The mingle privacy policy is therefore as important as the reward catalogue. It explains data processing and relationships with partners. Do not confuse anonymous presentation of research findings with a complete absence of personal information in account management. Those are separate questions, and a reassuring summary on a homepage cannot replace the fuller privacy document.

The Bilendi recruitment page lists measures including double opt-in, geographic checks using IP addresses, digital fingerprinting and profile-consistency validation. Digital fingerprinting uses technical characteristics of an environment to help recognise it. These are described as quality measures. They do not establish that an individual account can never encounter a problem, and they are relevant to your privacy decision as well as the quality of research data.

Before joining a study, consider which information you are comfortable sharing and whether you understand who is requesting it. A redirect to a partner deserves the same attention as a form hosted by the panel. If a question feels too intrusive, you can decline participation. A possible reward should not push you beyond your own boundaries or make you disclose information you would otherwise prefer to keep private.

  • Good sign:The domain and panel match my account.
  • Good sign:My age and residence meet the terms.
  • Good sign:I know the reward cost and its conditions.
  • Good sign:I can retrieve the project reference if needed.
  • Warning sign:Someone suggests lying about my profile or country.
  • Warning sign:A third party asks for my password to unlock points.

Which issues should you distinguish from general reviews?

The difficulties described in the mingle FAQ include questionnaires becoming unavailable when quotas fill, profile screen-outs and the usual inability to resume an interrupted survey. These are documented limitations of participation. They do not prove a systematic fault, but they can make the experience unsuitable if your available time comes only in brief, unpredictable windows. Reading the estimated duration before starting is particularly important in that situation.

This guide does not use a customer-review score or claim how often people complain. A few testimonials cannot establish an overall satisfaction rate. The practical question is how to handle your own issue. An unchanged balance after screening is different from an ordered reward that has not arrived. The explanation, relevant terms and useful supporting information will differ, so describe the event precisely rather than treating every problem as the same failure.

To report an incident, keep the project reference, date, displayed message and balance history. Avoid publicly disclosing confidential study content or your personal information. The FAQ directs project questions to the contact form. Provide a short timeline and a specific request, such as checking the status, investigating a missing credit or retrieving a confirmation. This is more actionable than a general statement that the entire service does not work.

Which alternatives should you compare with Bilendi?

Compare participation models rather than earnings promises. Maximiles and mingle are two programmes of the same operator here, not two independent companies. Microtaches takes a different approach through short micro-tasks with instructions displayed inside each task. The table does not rank earnings. These differences cannot establish your personal task frequency or suggest that the services produce equivalent returns for a given amount of time.

For a wider comparison, our micro-task platform comparison helps distinguish participation models. If you are more interested in trying products, the guide to product testing and its rewards separates receiving a product from receiving payment. The mingle FAQ itself mentions product-testing projects, but that does not guarantee your account will receive an invitation to one or define the terms of any future project.

For another panel review, you can also read our assessment of Mon Opinion Compte. Always check its own rules before comparing thresholds or payments. A service that suits you needs several things to align: eligible registration, data practices you accept, a useful reward and a time commitment you genuinely consider reasonable. A recognisable name or an appealing catalogue alone cannot settle that decision.

How do Microtaches rewards differ?

Microtaches registration is free and restricted to adults. The team reviews and approves accounts, and a profile questionnaire must be completed. Availability varies by day, country and profile. An accepted task must be finished within 60 minutes, with no more than 3 tasks at once. An accepted task left unanswered when time runs out incurs a 20-Ops penalty. These rules belong to Microtaches and do not describe mingle survey participation.

Some answers are checked manually before Ops are credited. One Ops has a shop value of €0.0082 and a withdrawal value of €0.0042: these are separate uses, not an exchange rate you can choose for a cash payout. A first minimum bank withdrawal needs a balance of 15,000 Ops because the 5,000-Ops withdrawal sits above a non-withdrawable 10,000-Ops reserve. Shop orders are processed within 2 weeks at most.

Which withdrawal methods does Microtaches list?

This list applies only to Microtaches, not Bilendi or mingle. Bank transfer requires an account with an IBAN; if your bank does not issue one, check that limitation before relying on this route. A listed method does not guarantee the provider allows money receipt in your country: check its local conditions too.

Our Bilendi review verdict: who is it suitable for?

The main question is your tolerance for irregular invitations, screening and profile questions. If you want an occasional activity, meet the French eligibility rules and can identify a reward you will use, a limited trial may help you decide. If you need a certain amount by a fixed date, invitation averages and points catalogues do not provide a reliable budgeting basis. The distinction matters more than whether the corporate brand is familiar.

Set a time limit and identify the reward you want before starting. Later, reassess using credited points, redemption conditions and how comfortable or interested you feel while answering. You may reasonably conclude that an identifiable, documented panel still does not suit you personally. That does not require dismissing it unfairly, nor does it oblige you to continue merely to justify the time already invested in your account.

Verdict: an occasional option, assessed panel by panel

Bilendi France SAS is identified as the operator of Maximiles and mingle. Usefulness depends on the programme, your eligibility and chosen reward; invitations do not establish a predictable wage.

Strengths
  • Operator identified in official documents.
  • Free membership of both French programmes.
  • Public mingle catalogue with concrete examples.
Limitations
  • An invitation is not a completed survey.
  • Bank transfer points cost needs account confirmation.
  • mingle FAQ and terms disagree on minimum age.
  • Inactivity and account closure can forfeit points.
Best for: Eligible residents in France who accept profile-data requirements and want an occasional extra.
Is Bilendi the same thing as Maximiles?
Bilendi is the research business, while Maximiles is a member-facing programme. The Maximiles France legal information identifies Bilendi France SAS as its operator. The same company also operates mingle, but its points and catalogue must be assessed separately. Do not transfer a reward conversion or programme condition from one panel to another simply because the Bilendi name appears on both websites. Start with the programme attached to your own account.
What is the minimum age for mingle France?
The mingle France terms set the minimum at 16 and require parental or legal guardian permission for anyone under 18. However, the FAQ says 15, checked in November. Follow the contractual rule and obtain support confirmation before a minor registers. Microtaches has a different requirement: membership is restricted to adults under the legal age of majority in the country where they live. The eligibility rules of one service do not apply to the other.
Can someone in Belgium join mingle France?
The mingle France terms restrict membership to people whose main residence is in France. Living in Belgium therefore does not establish eligibility for the French programme. Look for a service appropriate to your actual residence and check its own terms. Never use a false French address to obtain a particular catalogue or more invitations. A European corporate presence does not replace the local membership rules attached to a participant account.
How many surveys does mingle send?
The mingle FAQ states an average of one invitation per week, checked in November, while noting that frequency varies. This does not guarantee a weekly invitation for every member or a completed survey for every invitation. Your profile may be outside the target group, or the quota may already be full. Assess your own experience by separately tracking invitations received, full completions and points actually credited to your account.
What are 1,500 mingle points worth?
The public mingle France catalogue lists a €15 Nintendo voucher for 1,500 points, checked in November. That establishes the value of this specific reward, not a universal cash conversion. Other vouchers may have a different ratio, and Maximiles points should not be confused with mingle points. Read the reward description, availability and conditions before redeeming. A voucher face value is useful only if its permitted use matches something you actually need.
What is the smallest mingle bank transfer shown?
The public catalogue displays bank transfers of €20, €30, €40, €50 and €100, checked in November. The smallest amount displayed is therefore €20. Check the corresponding points requirement in the transfer request available through your account. Do not automatically apply a gift voucher conversion to calculate the bank threshold. Confirm the request conditions before submitting rather than relying on a points figure inferred from another reward.
Why was I screened out of a mingle survey?
The mingle FAQ explains that your profile may not match the target or that enough participants in your category have already responded. It states a reward of 2 mingle points in those situations, checked in November, rather than the full survey reward. A technical incident is a different issue. Keep the project reference and displayed message if contacting support; artificially changing your answers is not an appropriate solution to being screened out.
Can mingle points expire or disappear?
The mingle FAQ describes expiry after 12 months of inactivity, continued validity conditional on receiving at least one point a year, and forfeiture of unredeemed points when unsubscribing. It also mentions account deactivation or deletion after more than 36 months without activity. These are separate timeframes: being able to log in does not guarantee that an old balance remains valid. Check your circumstances and pending redemptions before closing the account.
Can Bilendi surveys provide a monthly salary?
The mingle FAQ explicitly says survey participation does not provide a monthly salary; points are described as compensation for the effort involved. Invitations, eligibility and rewards vary and do not establish an income commitment. Treat this kind of panel as a possible occasional extra. If you need money for a specific deadline, do not build your budget around an assumed number of future questionnaires or a reward balance you have not yet redeemed.
Does Microtaches use the same points as mingle?
No. Microtaches uses Ops, valued at €0.0082 in the shop and €0.0042 for withdrawals. Its minimum withdrawal is 5,000 Ops with a non-withdrawable reserve of 10,000 Ops, so a first minimum bank withdrawal needs a balance of 15,000 Ops. Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal or shop order. These are Microtaches rules, not descriptions of mingle rewards, and you should not apply an exchange rate between Ops and mingle points.
