eBuyClub review: cashback, vouchers and payment delays
This ebuyclub review separates savings, approval and money received. Vouchers can suit planned purchases, but their restrictions matter as much as the reward rate.

This ebuyclub review starts with a practical question: are the savings worth the tracking requirements and money tied up? A generous rate only matters on something you need, at a competitive price, under conditions you can meet. A pending reward cannot pay for tomorrow’s groceries.
The guide separates ordinary cashback, prepaid vouchers and cashing out. For the broader distinction between shopping savings and activities without purchases, see cashback versus microtasks. No monthly amount is guaranteed, and the calculations below are illustrations, not measured earnings.
- Validated cashback
- €10
- Published cash-out threshold.
- Online approval
- 48 h–90 days
- Subject to the merchant’s conditions.
- Bank / PayPal payment
- 15 business days
- Stated timing, separate from approval.
eBuyClub review: who runs it and what is it for?
The voucher sales terms identify the operator as PLEBICOM SA, based in Paris, France. The website describes its cashback service as free. A merchant pays an intermediary for an attributed sale, and part of that commission goes to the member. A commission is simply the payment for referring a sale.
Your balance is shown in euros: there are no eBuyClub points to convert using a separate exchange scale. That makes the display easier to understand, but does not make every displayed amount spendable. You still need to distinguish tracked purchases, rewards approved by the partner and money actually delivered to your account.
The service combines different routes, including online shopping and prepaid gift vouchers. Rules for one route should not be applied to the other. A gift voucher bought with your own money is a restricted payment instrument, not a free present, even when purchasing it generates a cashback reward afterwards.
To assess whether it helps, start with an ordinary planned purchase rather than a spectacular promotion. Compare delivered prices across sellers before looking at eligible cashback. A cheaper seller without cashback can still be the better option. Product quality, returns and whether you actually need the item matter more than the reward display.
Who can join eBuyClub in France or abroad?
The general terms of use allow one account per adult individual, identified by first name, surname and postal address. Do not open another account to repeat an offer or unlock a reward. The single-account requirement is separate from the banking accounts and merchant logins you might use when shopping.
For country eligibility, a foreign merchant listing does not establish worldwide membership. Confirm your country and cash-out route before spending. This is especially important if you are reading from Madagascar, Belgium or a French-speaking African country rather than France.
Free registration does not mean free purchases. Opening an account does not require you to shop, but earning cashback on an order means paying for an eligible purchase. If you want an activity without buying anything, compare activities and their requirements instead. Never invent a residence or bypass an eligibility restriction to obtain access.
Before completing a profile, make sure you understand the requested information and eventual payment route. Your account identity should be consistent with any documents later requested. If a condition is unclear, ask support in writing and retain the reply. Silence is not confirmation that you qualify, and an accepted signup alone does not settle every payment question.
How do you activate cashback without losing tracking?
According to the online cashback guide, sign in, check the merchant conditions, follow the cashback link and complete checkout in the same browser tab. Tracking means recognising your order as referred by eBuyClub. Without that attribution, a genuine purchase does not necessarily create a commission for the cashback service.
The help page advises against preparing the basket beforehand and says to use only discount codes supplied by eBuyClub. It also says to return through the service for each new order. The useful habit is not opening more links; it is avoiding changes to the referral path halfway through a purchase you want tracked.
- 1Define the need
Choose the item and budget before considering any reward.
- 2Read the offer
Check eligible categories, exclusions and permitted codes.
- 3Activate the service
Sign in, follow the merchant link and stay in the same tab.
- 4Keep evidence
Retain the confirmation, invoice, date and offer conditions.
- 5Track each stage
Keep tracking, approval and payment separate in your notes.
Cookies are small files that, in this context, help attribute an order to a referring service. eBuyClub warns that blocking them can prevent cashback. You do not need to sacrifice security for a discount: do not disable antivirus protection globally. If you do not accept the tracking settings required, treat that cashback as unavailable rather than guaranteed.
How long from purchase to approval and eBuyClub payment?
The following timings come from the official help centre, checked in November. Tracking within 1–7 business days means the purchase enters the tracking record. The stated approval range of 48 hours to 90 days describes a further stage. A visible amount is therefore neither final approval nor money already delivered to you.
| What it means | Published timing | |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase → tracking | Order appears in the tracking record | 1–7 business days |
| Tracking → approval | Conditions met and merchant commission paid | 48 hours–90 days for online approval |
| Request → payment | Bank or PayPal after reaching validated threshold | 15 business days |
| eBuyCard conversion | Restricted spending value, not a bank transfer | 48 business hours |

Do not calculate a guaranteed arrival date by mechanically adding the endpoints in the table. Business days are not calendar days, and the pages describe different stages. For budgeting purposes, the dependable date is when the money actually arrives. For bookings or services, also check any merchant-specific timing and completion requirements before relying on the reward.
Slow approval is not automatically a rejection. Conversely, waiting longer does not turn an ineligible purchase into an entitlement. Compare the status with the offer conditions and stated timing. If you need money quickly for an essential bill, do not rely on pending cashback. It is a possible saving attached to spending, not an emergency payment facility.
What are eBuyClub’s cash-out threshold and payment methods?
The official cash-out page states a minimum of €10 in validated cashback, checked in November. Do not add pending euros to assume you have reached it. Keep a record of each payment request, including amount, date, selected method and status. Submitting a request is still different from receiving the money.
The payment methods guide lists bank transfer using BIC and IBAN, PayPal and conversion to eBuyCard. The payment timing page states 15 business days for bank and PayPal, versus 48 business hours for eBuyCard. Converting to a voucher keeps value within a shopping route, rather than giving you the flexibility of a cash transfer.
Before a first withdrawal, check every character of the payment details. The general terms allow requests for identity documentation or an invoice to verify an account or purchase. Confirm any charges applicable to your situation in the payment process itself. There is no reason to send bank login credentials to an unverified contact claiming to help with a reward.
eBuyClub gift vouchers: useful savings or tied-up money?
According to the voucher guide, you choose a merchant and amount, pay, then find the voucher in your account and its associated reward in the cashback balance. Online, in-store or collection use depends on the merchant. Do not buy based only on an advertised name or rate: open the voucher’s actual conditions first.
The refund help page describes vouchers as non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and says they are not replaced after loss, theft or expiry. Read that practical restriction before paying. If you have a question about your rights in a particular situation, ask customer support rather than assuming an exception or a guaranteed refund will apply.
Imagine a €100 voucher for a definite purchase of that amount. At a hypothetical 3% rate, cashback would be €3. But if you use only €80 and let the remainder expire, the theoretical reward does not offset the unused €20. The saving therefore depends as much on fully using the voucher as on the percentage displayed.

Check expiry, excluded products, the number of vouchers permitted per order and how any remaining balance is handled. Never assume that voucher cashback and online cashback can always be combined. The help page describes possible combinations, but your merchant’s current offer determines whether your particular basket meets the conditions. A possible combination is not a universal entitlement.
How much can you save without increasing spending?
There is no standard monthly income figure to quote. Savings depend on planned spending, eligible amounts and approval. Use this basic calculation: theoretical cashback equals eligible spending multiplied by the rate. Then compare the resulting cost with another seller’s delivered price. A percentage should never replace a comparison of the actual euro amounts leaving your household budget.
| 1% | €1 |
|---|---|
| 3% | €3 |
| 5% | €5 |
In that illustration, moving from 1% to 5% adds €4 on €100 of eligible spending. If the seller offering 5% charges €8 more for the comparable basket, the higher rate does not make the better purchase. Delivery charges, excluded items and incompatible discount codes can also change the result. Include all of them before choosing where to shop.
| 1% | €1,000 |
|---|---|
| 2% | €500 |
| 5% | €200 |
The second chart explains why spending merely to cross a threshold is poor budgeting. At a hypothetical 2%, reaching €10 requires €500 in fully approved eligible spending, excluding bonuses. If those purchases were not planned, you have created a substantial expense for a small rebate. Waiting for a necessary purchase is better than manufacturing a basket to release a balance.
Also keep an eye on the time spent monitoring rewards. A few minutes on a routine purchase may suit you; repeated follow-ups for a small amount may not. That judgement is personal, not a promised hourly return. Our gift card guide explains other approaches without confusing a reward with a prepaid purchase.
Missing or rejected cashback: how should you raise a dispute?
Issues described in the missing cashback guide include missed activation, blocked cookies, visiting another site after activation, external codes and returned orders. These are explanations documented by the service, not statistics about their frequency. They help explain why apparently similar purchases can produce different tracking or approval outcomes without establishing the cause in your particular case.
Start by identifying the stage involved: an order never tracked, a reward still pending, a rejected reward or a requested payment not received. Attach the confirmation, order number, date, amount and saved conditions. A precise request makes the issue easier to understand, but does not guarantee a successful claim or a particular response time from support.
For cancelled payments, the official help page lists incorrect details, account verification, detected anomalies and payment-method problems. It recommends contacting customer service for the precise reason. Do not automatically blame the merchant for every refusal: account and payment checks are a separate issue from whether a purchase generated valid cashback in the first place.
- Good sign:Keep the invoice, order number and offer conditions.
- Good sign:State the exact status and dates of each stage.
- Good sign:Ask for the reason in writing and the next required check.
- Warning sign:Create another account or change residence details to bypass a refusal.
- Warning sign:Buy again merely to try to unlock the previous reward.
eBuyClub, iGraal or Poulpeo: which should you choose?
A useful comparison covers the same purchase at the same time under equivalent exclusions. Poulpeo advertises bank payment from €10 validated and says approval generally takes around one to two months, checked in November. For iGraal, check the threshold, timing and payment methods in its official help centre and your account before comparing offers.
| Verified threshold | Comparison focus | Further reading | |
|---|---|---|---|
| eBuyClub | €10 validated | Online orders and prepaid vouchers; separate timing stages | This review |
| iGraal | Check in the account | Check net reward, exclusions and payment before shopping | iGraal guide |
| Poulpeo | €10 validated | Bank payment; approval generally one to two months | Poulpeo guide |

Our iGraal and Poulpeo guides explore those alternatives; Joko offers another comparison of shopping workflows. Do not run multiple referral routes on the same order expecting every cashback service to pay. Opening more tabs does not simply multiply the attribution of a single sale or make every displayed reward collectible.
Choose a tool you understand well enough to use without excessive monitoring. A low threshold helps, but an offer that better matches your actual basket can matter more. There is no universal winner: your usual retailers, tolerance for tracking and preference for cash rather than vouchers all affect which route makes sense for your circumstances.
Which personal data and account clauses deserve attention?
The privacy policy describes collecting an email address, profile information and data needed to provide cashback. It explains referral cookies and the possibility of requesting an invoice during a claim. Read those purposes before adding optional details: obtaining a saving does not mean you should fill every available profile field without considering whether it is necessary.
The policy mentions access, correction, deletion and portability rights. It also provides a contact procedure; check the current address and requirements before making a request. Avoid sending unnecessary documents and use official channels. Identity documents should not be posted in a public comment about a payment problem, even when you understandably want a delayed claim resolved quickly.
Occasional users should note a specific clause: the general terms describe clearing the balance after 12 months without a purchase and removing membership after a year of inactivity. Ask support how those rules apply to your account before leaving it unused. That is not a reason to make an unnecessary purchase merely to preserve a small balance.
For mobile purchases, the general terms warn that completing checkout in the merchant’s app rather than its mobile website does not guarantee correct cashback tracking. This illustrates how the technical route matters as much as the product. If you prefer a different app workflow, simply do not include the prospective reward in your budget as though it were assured.
eBuyClub review verdict: who is it best suited to?
The issues covered by the help centre—missing tracking, approval, voucher-use problems and rejected payments—provide a risk checklist, not a satisfaction measure. An isolated positive or negative account does not establish either your future purchase outcome or the true prevalence of a particular problem across the service.
eBuyClub makes sense for purchases already decided, with attention to conditions and patience. It is poorly suited to urgent cash needs.
- Balance shown directly in euros.
- Published €10 validated threshold.
- Choice of online shopping and prepaid vouchers.
- Approval is separate from payment and may take time.
- Vouchers described as non-refundable.
- Tracking requirements and inactivity clauses need attention.
If you are looking for an activity without buying anything, our microtask platform comparison helps distinguish the models. Microtaches offers short microtasks with instructions displayed in each task. Availability varies by day, country and profile. It is not a guaranteed salary or a reason to give up a stable activity in anticipation of future task earnings.
Microtaches registration is free and restricted to adults under their country’s legal age rules. The team reviews each account and a profile questionnaire must be completed. An accepted task must be completed within 60 minutes, with no more than three tasks at once; letting an accepted task expire unanswered costs 20 Ops. Some answers are checked manually before credit is awarded.
How can you withdraw Ops on Microtaches?
These are Microtaches rules, not eBuyClub conditions. One Ops is worth €0.0042 for withdrawal and €0.0082 in the shop. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal or shop order; shop orders take at most two weeks. A first minimum bank withdrawal requires a 15,000-Ops balance including the reserve. Bank transfers require an IBAN: check with your bank, particularly in countries that do not use IBANs. Also check that your chosen payment provider supports receiving funds in your country.

- Is eBuyClub reliable?
- Official terms identify PLEBICOM SA in Paris and explain tracking, approval and payments. That makes the service understandable, but does not guarantee every purchase. Our assessment is positive for rebates on planned spending, provided you follow the rules and wait for approval. Each account and order still needs to meet the relevant conditions individually.
- What is the minimum eBuyClub withdrawal?
- The official help centre states €10 in validated cashback, checked in November. A displayed total including pending rewards does not necessarily mean you can request payment. Check the validated amount and available methods in your account. Do not create unnecessary spending to cross the threshold: cashback returns a fraction of an eligible purchase rather than refunding the entire cost of your basket.
- How long does it take to receive payment?
- For online shopping, the help centre states 1–7 business days for tracking, then 48 hours to 90 days for approval. Bank or PayPal payment has a stated processing time of 15 business days, checked in November. These stages do not establish a guaranteed arrival date after ordering. Check merchant-specific terms too, and never budget for an urgent bill using cashback that is still pending.
- Can you still cash out to an Amazon gift card?
- The payment methods help page says Amazon.fr gift-certificate withdrawals have ended, despite a remaining homepage mention. The methods described in that help page are bank transfer, PayPal and eBuyCard, checked in November. Check what your account actually offers before choosing. An eBuyCard conversion should not be confused with a cash transfer you can use freely, and an old promotional mention is not sufficient confirmation of availability.
- Are gift vouchers refundable?
- eBuyClub’s help page describes vouchers as non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with no replacement after loss, theft or expiry. Check merchant conditions, validity and the amount you actually need before paying. If a specific problem arises, contact customer service for the response applicable to your situation. Do not prepay uncertain spending simply because a cashback percentage looks attractive compared with another shopping offer.
- Why is my cashback missing?
- The help centre lists missed activation, blocked cookies, visiting another site after activation, external discount codes and returned orders among possible causes. First check the stated tracking window, then collect the invoice and confirmation. Those explanations do not automatically establish what happened to your purchase; ask support for a specific reason. Do not repeat the purchase or open another account to try to force tracking.
- Can you use eBuyClub outside France?
- Eligibility should not be inferred from the presence of an international merchant. Confirm your circumstances with the service and check your payment route before buying. The general terms require one account per adult individual. Do not use a false address or pretend to live in another country to obtain an offer or unlock payment.
- Is eBuyClub better than iGraal and Poulpeo?
- There is no best service for every purchase. Compare delivered price, exclusions, the applicable rate and payment rules on the same basket. Poulpeo also advertises a €10 validated threshold, checked in November. For iGraal, confirm the threshold and timing in your account rather than relying on an old comparison or assuming competitors use identical conditions.
- Can a balance expire if I stop shopping?
- The general terms describe clearing the balance after 12 months without a purchase and removing membership after one year of inactivity. Ask support how that applies to your account before leaving it unused. The clause does not justify buying something unnecessary. Compare the true purchase cost with the amount at stake, and keep any written clarification rather than assuming a login alone preserves every reward.
- How does cashback differ from Microtaches?
- Cashback reduces eligible spending; Microtaches offers short microtasks without purchases, subject to availability. Microtaches rewards use Ops, worth €0.0042 each for withdrawal and €0.0082 in the shop. Its reserve, identity verification and withdrawal rules are separate from eBuyClub’s conditions. Neither mechanism guarantees a monthly amount or immediate access to money, so compare the actual requirements rather than treating the two balances as interchangeable.
