iGraal review: cashback, delays and withdrawals in France and Belgium

This iGraal review starts with a budgeting question: are you genuinely saving money after delivery charges, exclusions and possible rejection? A generous percentage alone cannot answer it. You also need to understand the eligible calculation base, when earnings become available and how to withdraw them without making unnecessary purchases just to reach a threshold.

The service sits between shopper and retailer. Technical tracking, merchant approval and final payment are separate events. Our cashback versus microtasks guide explains the broader distinction: a deferred discount is not payment for work. Here, the aim is to decide whether iGraal suits your shopping in France or from Belgium.

iGraal review: who runs the service, and is it legitimate?

The legal notice identifies IGRAAL SAS, registered in Paris under number 488 398 579, at 16-18 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris. The terms name the same operator. Its privacy policy states that it belongs to the Atolls group. These details identify your contractual counterparty, which is more useful than a reassuring logo alone.

An identifiable operator does not make every cashback payment certain. The terms require, among other things, correct attribution, full payment and approval after the applicable withdrawal period. The balance is not a savings account: the terms explicitly state that cashback is not a deposit and earns no interest. Do not treat it as a cash reserve that can be accessed whenever needed.

Registration and participation are free under the terms for consumers aged at least 18 who reside in an EU member state. Free does not mean there is no exchange involved: you buy from a partner and attribution relies on tracking technology. Read the conditions before providing your details, even when opening the account costs nothing.

How does iGraal cashback move from purchase to payment?

The mechanism is affiliate marketing: iGraal brings a purchase to a retailer, receives commission and shares part of it with the shopper. An affiliate network is the technical and commercial intermediary connecting those parties. The terms explain that tracking must unambiguously connect the transaction to your account; a genuine purchase that is not correctly attributed may therefore generate no cashback.

The cashback journey
  1. 1
    Read the retailer page

Check the rate, categories, exclusions and expected validation period before placing an order.

  2. 2
    Activate and buy

Use the iGraal link, keep the purchase journey simple and pay for an eligible order.

  3. 3
    Wait for approval

The retailer and network confirm the conditions; a pending entry remains provisional.

  4. 4
    Request payment

Once €20 is validated, choose an available method and check your payment details.

The reward can be a percentage or a fixed amount. The French terms exclude VAT and shipping from the cashback calculation base, and some categories may also be excluded. An “up to” headline is an upper limit, not necessarily the rate for your basket. Compare using the retailer page and your actual product rather than relying on the advertisement alone.

For a purely illustrative €100 eligible base, 2% produces €2, 5% produces €5 and 10% produces €10. These are neither iGraal offers nor average earnings. A €100 eligible base is not the same as a €100 VAT-inclusive invoice: keep those figures separate to avoid overstating the saving.

iGraal in France and Belgium: what should you check?

The key distinction is between where you live, which service you join and which store you buy from. The terms for fr.igraal.com admit adult EU residents, placing Belgium within that scope. This does not mean a page for a French retailer automatically covers its Belgian store, or that every order delivered to Belgium meets the offer conditions.

From Belgium, start with the terms of the service you actually use rather than an old recommendation pointing to be.igraal.com. Then check the retailer domain opened after activation, delivery coverage and displayed restrictions. An international brand may operate several stores: an identical brand name does not establish that the purchase falls under the same affiliate arrangement.

Compare final prices in the same currency for the same basket. If using a foreign store adds delivery charges, those charges can swallow the advertised advantage. For a different local option, our guide to paid surveys in Belgium covers an activity without a shopping basket. Its availability should not be confused with the availability of iGraal retailer offers.

How long does iGraal cashback validation take?

The official validation help page quotes a range of two weeks to four months, depending on the retailer. For hotels, holidays, travel and car hire it specifies up to four months after the booking has been used. The starting point matters as much as the length: booking well in advance does not accelerate approval after the trip.

The help page also names Temu, AliExpress and Emma Matelas as examples of merchants with longer periods shown on their retailer pages. Four months is therefore not a universal maximum. Record the purchase date, any service completion date and the retailer-specific period. Your personal budgeting deadline does not change the merchant’s conditions.

Validation differs from the transaction first appearing: seeing an entry does not mean the money can be withdrawn. After validation you still need to reach the threshold and request payment. Track the balance in three columns: pending, validated and received in your payment account. Never rely on the first column to fund an urgent bill.

When the stated period has passed, the help centre recommends contacting support. Prepare a clear file rather than several disconnected messages: order reference, invoice, activation date and a saved offer screenshot if available. Distinguish a validation-delay enquiry from a rejection complaint: the supporting documents may overlap, but the question to resolve is different.

Why is iGraal cashback rejected or missing?

The rejection FAQ first recommends checking duplicate entries: where one order appears several times, only one commission is approved. It then lists commercial and technical reasons for rejection. A “rejected” label alone does not establish an error; compare the reason with the basket, payment and browsing journey.

The same FAQ lists private-sale deals, employee-benefit promotions and referral offers from partner merchants. An additional benefit may therefore conflict with cashback. Do not assume two discounts can be combined simply because both forms accept them: eligibility is also checked after the order, at validation.

The terms warn that ad blockers, privacy extensions and settings that block required cookies may prevent attribution. Make a conscious trade-off: you may prefer stronger privacy and forgo cashback. Do not disable every protection indiscriminately; limit any changes to the necessary shopping journey and understand what you are allowing.

For an apparently unjustified rejection, the FAQ directs users to customer-service chat with an invoice or order-confirmation email. It states that adjustments concern purchases less than four months old. Do not simply wait for a distant deadline: contact support promptly about missing or rejected purchases and ask which timeline applies, especially when travel takes place later.

A tracked purchase still needs approval; a pending balance is not a payment.

iGraal withdrawals: threshold, payment methods and timing

The withdrawal-threshold help page states that €20 in validated earnings is required to request bank transfer or PayPal payment. It requires a first bank withdrawal to unlock PayPal and provides for renewed verification for some older accounts. Open the payment screen before relying on PayPal: a method appearing in a FAQ does not guarantee availability when you request it.

According to the payment-timing help page, requests are processed manually, with an advertised average of four business days to approve a bank or PayPal withdrawal. Bank receipt then depends on the bank. Those are separate stages: four business days does not necessarily mean money arrives four days after clicking the request button.

A balance of €12 validated plus €15 pending does not meet the threshold: only the first amount counts. Reaching €20 validated lets you request payment, not bypass account checks. Check your name, banking details and security instructions before submitting. For gift cards or any other option, rely on the current withdrawal screen rather than an old screenshot.

The threshold can take time to reach when you rarely shop. In a hypothetical scenario where each order produces exactly €2 validated, ten orders would reach €20. At €5 per order it would take four; at €10, two. This calculation predicts neither your rate nor your timeline and certainly does not justify additional orders.

Orders needed to reach €20Calculation: iGraal’s €20 threshold ÷ hypothetical validated cashback per order (€2, €5, €10). No bonuses.

Is the iGraal referral programme worthwhile?

The iGraal referral page displays a €5 offer for the invited member and €3 for the referrer, checked in November. In its detailed terms, the invitee’s bonus remains pending until at least €10 in eligible purchases are made within 90 days of registration, with the related cashback appearing. Read the exact purchase minimum on your invitation: the page’s promotional panels describe the purchase base differently.

The referrer must wait until the invitee accumulates at least €1 in validated cashback within 365 days of registration; bonuses do not count towards that euro. The terms also advertise 10% of the invitee’s validated cashback during those 365 days, while mentioning a duration exception for premium members. A bonus posted as pending is not the same as withdrawable money.

The invitation link must be used during registration: the page rules out linking accounts afterwards. Each invitee must be a real person, live at a different address and use their own account and bank details. Avoid self-referrals and artificial accounts. Recommend the service only to someone who already needs to shop, not to trigger spending so you can collect a bonus.

Privacy: what data and trade-offs should you consider?

The terms explain the purpose of cashback cookies: recognising the journey and linking a purchase to your account. That does not mean every data use should be treated alike. The privacy policy distinguishes processing activities and rights; read it alongside the cookie controls so you can choose your consent settings instead of automatically accepting everything.

The policy covers rights including access, correction, erasure and objection, with conditions for exercising them. Erasure is not the same as merely unsubscribing from marketing emails. If you want to leave the service, first review outstanding purchases and payment requests, then use the policy’s contact details and procedures to make a precise request.

In practice, use a unique password and submit evidence only through the requested official channel. An invoice may contain your address, phone number and shopping details: do not publish it in a public review. For a complaint, give support the information needed for the relevant order without exposing unrelated personal documents on social media.

How should you interpret Trustpilot and App Store reviews?

To assess reputation, open the Trustpilot profile and your country’s App Store listing directly. Consider the score, review count, dates and support responses together. A rating embedded on a promotional page is not a direct observation of the review platform. Avoid comparing ratings from different national storefronts as though they described exactly the same experience.

Read recent comments about tracking, rejection and withdrawal, then ask whether their circumstances resemble yours. A complaint following a product return is different from a transfer problem after validation. An enthusiastic review about registration alone does not demonstrate payment quality. Testimonials help identify questions; they do not calculate your personal likelihood of being paid.

For a meaningful comparison, record when you checked and which country’s store you used. Pay particular attention to whether replies explain the documents required and the blocked stage. Do not turn one review into a universal positive or negative verdict. Your decision should also reflect official rules, final prices and whether waiting would strain your budget.

iGraal, eBuyClub, Poulpeo or Joko: which should you choose?

eBuyClub describes three routes: online purchases, gift cards and receipts photographed in its app. Its page advertises cashing out from €10 accumulated through cashback and bonuses. Poulpeo advertises fee-free bank transfers from €10 validated and a typical validation period of around one to two months. These are rules for their respective offers, not a shared promise covering every retailer.

Joko highlights its app and extension, price searches, promotional codes and cashback. Start with two or three stores you actually use, then compare an identical order. Our Joko review explores that approach, while the eBuyClub review examines its different shopping routes. An attractive feature does not replace checking the exact offer.

The best option is not automatically the highest headline percentage. Calculate the delivered price, subtract only eligible cashback and consider whether normal shopping will realistically reach the threshold. Avoid activating several intermediaries for one order: iGraal’s FAQ lists visiting a competitor among rejection causes. Compare first, then choose a single route for the purchase.

Checklist and verdict: who is iGraal actually for?

Before placing your order
  • Good sign:Purchase already planned; delivered price compared without cashback.
  • Good sign:Correct retailer domain, category and compatible code checked.
  • Good sign:One activated route and supporting documents retained.
  • Good sign:Timing and withdrawal method suit your budget.
  • Warning sign:Spending more solely to reach €20.
  • Warning sign:Treating pending earnings as available money.

Our verdict is conditionally positive: iGraal can suit organised shoppers who compare prices and accept deferred payment. It is less suitable for infrequent shoppers, people who dislike tracking orders or anyone needing money quickly. Do not make cashback responsible for balancing an already fragile budget; treat it as a possible benefit on sensible spending.

Our iGraal verdict

Useful for saving on planned purchases if you follow tracking rules and accept deferred approval.

Strengths
  • Identified operator and accessible terms.
  • French terms admit adult consumers residing in the EU.
  • Help pages explain affiliate tracking and rejection causes.
Limitations
  • €20 validated required for withdrawal.
  • Variable delays, sometimes beyond four months depending on retailer.
  • Codes, returns and tracking issues can remove the benefit.
Best for: Regular but disciplined shoppers in France or Belgium using an eligible offer.

If you want an activity without shopping instead, Microtaches offers short tasks with displayed instructions. Registration is free and restricted to adults under the law of their country of residence; the team reviews each account and a profile questionnaire must be completed. Task availability varies by day, country and profile: this is not a guaranteed income either.

An accepted task must be completed within 60 minutes, with no more than three simultaneous tasks; leaving one unanswered when time expires incurs a 20-Ops penalty. Some answers are manually checked before credit. Identity verification becomes available at 1,000 Ops, takes at most seven business days and is mandatory before a first withdrawal or shop order. Compare these time commitments with simply monitoring a purchase.

Microtaches withdrawals are separate from iGraal

This table concerns Microtaches, not iGraal. Each Ops is worth €0.0042 for withdrawals versus €0.0082 in the shop. The withdrawal minimum is 5,000 Ops, with a non-withdrawable reserve of 10,000 Ops: a first minimum bank withdrawal therefore requires a 15,000-Ops balance. See the withdrawal rules and Ops calculator.

FAQ: ten questions before using iGraal

Is iGraal free, and who operates it?
Registration and participation are free under the French terms. The operator is IGRAAL SAS, registered in Paris under number 488 398 579 and part of Atolls according to its privacy policy. You still pay the retailer for your purchases. The service shares affiliate commission with you; being free therefore means neither automatic cashback nor an absence of tracking during your shopping journey.
Can Belgian residents use iGraal?
The terms for fr.igraal.com open the programme to adult consumers residing in an EU member state, including Belgium. However, check the service used, the activated retailer domain and Belgian delivery. A resident’s eligibility does not establish that every order qualifies. Before purchasing, also check that your account and payment details allow you to use the withdrawal method you want, rather than assuming all payment options will work.
How long does cashback approval take?
The French help centre generally quotes two weeks to four months depending on the retailer. For hotels, travel, holidays and car hire, it allows up to four months after the booking is used. Some retailers apply longer periods shown on their pages. A pending entry remains provisional: do not count it as available money, and contact customer support when the applicable retailer period has passed.
Why was my cashback rejected?
The FAQ lists returns or exchanges, unpaid orders, codes not supplied by iGraal, certain vouchers or credits and shopping journeys involving other intermediaries. A duplicate entry can also be removed without removing the single legitimate commission. Compare the reason with your order’s conditions. If rejection appears unjustified, contact official support chat with an invoice or confirmation email, rather than assuming the status alone proves an error.
What is iGraal’s withdrawal minimum?
The French help centre gives a €20 validated-earnings threshold for requesting bank transfer or PayPal payment. Pending earnings do not count: €12 validated plus €15 pending is insufficient. Check the options actually available in your account and any required verification. Reaching the threshold lets you request payment, but does not turn processing into an immediate bank transfer or guarantee receipt on a particular date.
Can iGraal pay out through PayPal?
The threshold help page lists PayPal and requires an initial bank withdrawal to unlock it, with renewed verification for some older accounts. Check availability on the withdrawal screen before relying on this method. The help centre quotes an average of four business days to approve bank or PayPal requests. That average is not a guarantee of payment on a fixed date, and account checks still apply.
Can a referral bonus be withdrawn immediately?
No: the referral page distinguishes pending credit from approval. The offer checked in November displays €5 for the invitee and €3 for the referrer. Its terms detail eligible purchases, deadlines and minimum cashback; the link must be used at registration. Read the exact minimum on your invitation, and do not make an unnecessary purchase solely to turn a pending bonus into money you can withdraw.
How do I dispute missing or rejected cashback?
Prepare the order reference, invoice or confirmation email and any offer evidence you saved. The FAQ directs apparently unjustified rejections to customer-service chat and states that adjustments concern purchases less than four months old. Act promptly for missing or rejected transactions. For travel taking place later, ask support how the complaint deadline fits with validation after the service, instead of assuming the two timelines start together.
Do eBuyClub or Poulpeo have a lower threshold?
Their official pages advertise €10: eBuyClub describes a balance combining cashback and bonuses, while Poulpeo specifies validated earnings with fee-free bank transfer. iGraal’s French help states €20 validated. These figures, checked in November, are not enough to rank the services. Also compare the applicable rate, exclusions, delivery and timing for your actual basket, without activating several intermediaries on the same order.
Can iGraal replace a side income?
Cashback can reduce the cost of a purchase, but first requires eligible spending and approval. It does not directly pay for your time or provide a guaranteed regular income. If you want an activity without shopping, compare microtasks and their commitments instead. On Microtaches, availability varies by day, country and profile, so you should not budget for a fixed amount from that activity either.
