Mobrog review: surveys, rewards, payouts and countries

This mobrog review separates an advertised reward, a completed survey and money actually received. It explains the official rules, differences between pages and practical checks to make before spending your evenings on the platform. A rising balance is not yet money available in your bank account.

The goal is not to promise a salary or present a few questionnaires as employment. You will find decision tables, a way to track your time and clearly stated limitations. For context, our guide to legitimate paid survey sites explains the same basic tests: an identifiable operator, accessible rules and a withdrawal route you can actually use.

Mobrog review: who runs the site and is it legitimate?

MOBROG’s French terms and conditions identify SPLENDID RESEARCH GmbH in Hamburg, Germany, as the owner and operator. Its About page also describes MOBROG as a service from this market research company. A public business identity is a verifiable starting point, not a guarantee of individual satisfaction or trouble-free payments.

The service is built around a panel: a group of people willing to answer research questionnaires. The terms explain that surveys may come from MOBROG or third parties. They also state that membership does not create a right to receive invitations. A compliant account can therefore have no suitable studies available at a particular moment.

For your own decision, look for an observable chain: local terms, the advertised reward, participation outcome, balance credit and eventual receipt of the payout.

The useful question is not simply whether a site is a scam. Ask whether its time requirements, possible interruptions and data requests suit you. A service run by an identifiable company may still be poor value for your circumstances. Equally, a few survey rejections do not by themselves establish fraud or explain what happened in a particular account.

Who can join MOBROG in France?

The French terms require members to be at least 18, use a unique email address and be permanently resident in France. They require complete, honest and accurate information. The homepage advertises free registration. Free does not mean costless in every sense: you still commit time, internet access and profile information in exchange for an uncertain return.

Those terms permit only one account and prohibit automated participation. They warn that false information can lead to membership cancellation. Do not open another account after a problem or choose a different residence to access more studies. Account recovery and support are the appropriate routes when you cannot sign in or need to resolve a restriction.

Before filling out a profile, check the website address, language and especially the terms for the selected country. French-language pages can serve several separate markets. French eligibility rules should not automatically be applied to Belgium, Canada or Morocco. If you move, ask how to update your circumstances rather than leaving information that is no longer accurate.

Choose an email address you expect to keep using. Notifications and account recovery depend on access to it, and the documented payout routes also use email. Protect the mailbox and panel account with different passwords. No potential reward justifies giving a password or security code to someone who contacts you privately claiming they can unlock surveys or accelerate a withdrawal.

Which French-speaking countries does MOBROG list?

The official homepage country selector, checked in November, includes French-language entries for Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. It also lists Belgium, Canada and Switzerland in French. A visible local entry establishes a listed route into the service; it does not guarantee acceptance of an application or a particular supply of surveys.

Source: MOBROG homepage country selector, checked in November. Absence is not proof of closure.

Madagascar, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon and Senegal were not among the entries found in that selector. Confirm eligible countries and the required age in the registration form or with support before starting. That absence also does not establish that MOBROG has closed in those countries: closure would be a different claim requiring explicit evidence. Ask support for confirmation before investing time in registration or profile completion.

Readers in Madagascar can use our guide to paid surveys in Madagascar to distinguish access to a website from an available payout. Apply the same caution elsewhere: a downloadable app, French translation or familiar wallet name does not establish eligibility. Your actual residence, account and payment provider must all fit the applicable requirements.

How do MOBROG surveys and rewards work?

The homepage describes a simple sequence: registration, profile completion, qualification, a finished questionnaire and a reward. Qualification means initial questions used to check whether you belong to the intended audience. According to the official FAQ, topics can include consumer habits and opinions. An invitation is therefore neither a study reserved for you nor money already earned in your account.

The terms add an important detail: an unavailable or unsuitable survey can lead to a different survey with a different reward. Members may decline to participate. Read the displayed amount and instructions again whenever the route changes. Do not assume the first invitation commits every subsequent page to the same duration or the same reward throughout the session.

Base your estimate on the amount shown for each activity, total time spent and money actually received. Confirm eligible countries and the required age in the registration form or with support before starting. The practical reference is the reward shown for the particular survey and whether it is actually credited.

The general withdrawal help article also uses points: it mentions 500 points for PayPal or a voucher through Tremendous. That does not establish a universal point-to-euro conversion. Confirm the relationship between your balance and selected reward inside your account. Never mix these points with Microtaches Ops, which belong to a separate service with different rules.

How should you measure rewards against time spent?

To assess a survey, separate the displayed reward, estimated duration and actual time spent across all attempts. The following table is a tracking tool, not a MOBROG earnings schedule. No invented amount is presented as an observation. If your session does not provide a piece of information, leave it blank instead of constructing a reassuring but unsupported average.

Reward to recordTime to count
InvitationOffered amount, not yet earnedDisplayed estimate only
Interrupted qualificationActual credit, if anyEvery minute already spent
Completed surveyCredit visible after validationQuestionnaire plus screening
Received paymentNet amount actually receivedTrack payout waiting separately from active time

Personal tracking method: no survey rates or guaranteed durations.

A useful calculation is credited money divided by active minutes, multiplied by 60 for a descriptive hourly equivalent. That result describes only the period you measured. It is not a wage, does not predict the next session and does not automatically include internet costs or any payment-related charges. Keep those costs separate rather than silently treating the credited balance as net income.

Consider the mental effort as well. Two sessions of equal length can feel very different if one involves repeated restarts and the other runs smoothly. Set your time limit before opening the service and keep it even when a withdrawal seems close. Time already spent does not automatically make the next attempt worthwhile or turn an uncertain reward into a sensible use of your evening.

For the general €5 threshold, progress can be expressed as a percentage. The chart below contains arithmetic milestones, not member results. It does not show how many questionnaires you must finish or how many days it will take. Without guaranteed survey supply or a universal rate, neither figure can responsibly be derived from a withdrawal threshold alone.

Why are surveys interrupted or screened out?

The homepage FAQ explains that each survey seeks a particular audience. A disqualification, sometimes called a screen-out, means you were not selected for that study. Distinguish it from a technical error, a completed survey without credit and a rejected payout. These situations require different information and different questions when you contact support about what happened.

Track your own attempts and check compensation terms before participating. A percentage from one person’s experience would not describe every country or profile. You can measure your own experience by counting started, interrupted and completed attempts over a defined period. Keep technical failures in a separate category so that audience selection and malfunction are not combined into a misleading rejection rate.

Your personal interruption rate is interrupted attempts divided by all recorded attempts, multiplied by 100. Do not use that formula if you only wrote down memorable failures. An incomplete diary produces an impression, not a comparable measurement. This review also does not promise automatic compensation after disqualification; any credit must be checked in the relevant survey flow and account activity.

MOBROG recommends a stable connection and an up-to-date browser, and its FAQ notes that some studies work better on a desktop computer. Those measures may help with technical problems, but they cannot make your profile eligible for every study. Answer honestly and consistently: inventing a job or consumer habit to avoid rejection conflicts with the terms rather than solving the underlying mismatch.

How do MOBROG cash-outs, PayPal and bank transfers work?

The homepage and French terms advertise a general €5 threshold. General help also states one €5 withdrawal per 24 hours. However, the “Payout via Bank Transfer” article specifies €10 for a transfer through Tremendous, with one request per day. These texts, checked in November, should not be flattened into one supposedly universal rule for every payment method.

The chart therefore compares two published thresholds, not two earning rates. The bank article lists France, Belgium and Switzerland among supported countries, but that does not establish activation in every account. It explains that a missing option can reflect country or account availability, or a balance that has not yet reached the required minimum.

Two thresholds, different scopes

Tremendous bank transfer€10

The homepage names PayPal, Skrill, bank transfers through Hyperwallet, vouchers and EcoMatcher. Help also describes PayPal and vouchers through Tremendous, plus a Tremendous bank route in its dedicated article. Those differences make an account-level check essential: do not assume every provider and every reward is simultaneously offered in your country simply because their names appear on public pages.

EcoMatcher is an environmental use of credit, not cash received for everyday spending. With a voucher, check the retailer, currency and redemption conditions before confirming. With a wallet, also check that the provider allows your account to receive that payment in your country. A public MOBROG list cannot replace verification on the receiving side of the transaction.

What payment timing is advertised, and how should you handle problems?

The homepage promotes payment in under 30 minutes. General help describes delivery usually within a few minutes after redeeming the Tremendous link. These are provider statements, not independently verified guarantees. They do not justify promising that every bank or wallet will show available funds within that time for every country, account and payout route.

The documented Tremendous process involves a reward email followed by a redemption link. General help names rewards@tremendous.com as the sender. For bank transfers, the dedicated article says banking details are entered on the redemption page; for euro payouts, it typically lists full name, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT. Never publish those details in a public review or a screenshot posted for general advice.

If payment is missing, distinguish an unconfirmed request, an email that never arrived and funds missing after redemption. Check spam folders and the email associated with your profile, then use official support. Provide the method, amount, date and available reference without passwords or login codes. Ask which stage remains pending rather than sending several inconsistent descriptions of the same issue.

Check the applicable threshold, currency, fees and timing in your account or with support before proceeding. Check the summary and provider rules before confirming. If the interface differs from public information, ask for written clarification. A private copy of the transaction summary is more useful than an informal promise on a messaging app that someone can speed up your payout.

What personal data does the panel process?

MOBROG’s privacy policy describes registration and profile information including email, birth year, gender, postcode, education and employment status. It also mentions technical parameters such as IP address, browser and visited pages. Taking a survey is therefore not the same as using a service that processes no personal information at all.

The homepage describes survey answers as evaluated anonymously in aggregate. That statement concerns the evaluation of answers; it does not mean your account and browsing are entirely anonymous. The policy describes technical providers and distinct processing activities. Summarising all of this as “no data is shared” would be broader than the published explanation supports.

The policy also discusses requests for access, correction and deletion of data under applicable rules. Use its privacy contact for a data question and member support for a missing reward. Before deleting an account, ask what will happen to the balance and retain any payment records you need. Do not assume a privacy request automatically resolves an outstanding reward dispute.

Your decision should include what you are comfortable revealing, not just a possible cash reward. If a question makes you uncomfortable, you can choose not to continue rather than invent an answer. Review privacy choices and partner information when a survey takes you outside the panel. A small potential reward is not a reason to accept every data request without consideration.

How can you test MOBROG without letting it take over?

A useful trial should answer a personal question: is this service worth your time in your actual circumstances? It does not need to become an earnings challenge. Prepare a simple log first, check a usable payout route and limit your session. That prevents you from discovering the restrictions only after devoting substantial time and attention to building the balance.

A cautious trial process
  1. 1
    Confirm eligibility

Check actual residence, local terms and the minimum age before creating an account.

  2. 2
    Check redemption

Find an available reward, its threshold and whether your receiving account can accept it.

  3. 3
    Complete an honest profile

Do not invent characteristics to increase your chances of qualifying.

  4. 4
    Record time and outcomes

Log attempts, interruptions, active minutes and credit actually added.

  5. 5
    Decide without pressure

Compare the experience with your personal limit; stop if the service does not suit you.

The friction points to monitor are those the official pages let you distinguish: audience selection, technical compatibility, delayed reward display and payout activation. This is not a ranking of user complaints. Do not infer problem frequency from an isolated review; keep records of your own incidents when contacting support.

  • Warning sign:You keep going only to avoid “wasting” time already spent.

Which alternatives should you compare with MOBROG?

A useful comparison does not claim that another service necessarily pays better. AttaPoll officially presents surveys alongside other activities; Prime Opinion is a survey service whose contact page identifies Prime Opinion AB in Sweden. Microtaches separately offers short micro-tasks with instructions displayed in each task. These are different models rather than interchangeable ways of earning identical rewards.

Read our AttaPoll review, Prime Opinion review and micro-task platform comparison without mixing up their thresholds. The official AttaPoll homepage and Prime Opinion contact page are the starting points for their own published information.

On Microtaches, free registration is restricted to adults under the legal age rules of their country. The team reviews and approves each account, and a profile questionnaire is required. An accepted task must be completed within 60 minutes, with at most three tasks at once. Leaving an accepted task unanswered when time runs out incurs a 20-Ops penalty; some answers are manually checked before credit is added.

Task availability varies by day, country and profile. Microtaches is not an employer and does not provide a guaranteed salary. A useful extra is one whose rules you understand and whose actual availability suits you. Opening accounts with more services does not automatically improve the return on your available time, especially if tracking and repeated qualification take over your sessions.

How do Microtaches Ops withdrawals work?

These rules belong to Microtaches, not MOBROG. One Ops is worth €0.0042 for withdrawal and €0.0082 in the shop. The withdrawal minimum is 5,000 Ops, with a non-withdrawable reserve of 10,000 Ops: a first minimum bank withdrawal therefore needs a 15,000-Ops balance. Check the details on the withdrawal page.

Methods shown on the Withdrawals page of your Microtaches account. Countries listed are examples where the service is common.

Identity verification becomes available from 1,000 Ops and takes at most seven business days. It is mandatory before the first withdrawal or shop order; an account opened by a minor is refused at that stage. Withdrawals are paid within at most three weeks and shop orders within at most two weeks. The annual withdrawal cap is €2,500.

Bank transfer requires an account with an IBAN; if your bank does not issue one, check that limitation with it. A bank transfer outside Europe carries a fixed 800-Ops fee. The other available methods in the official table start at 25,000 Ops. The receiving account name must match your verified identity, and you must check with the provider that it can receive international or merchant payments.

Our verdict: who might MOBROG suit?

MOBROG may suit someone comfortable with occasional surveys, unsuccessful screening and basic time tracking. It is less suitable for someone needing a fixed amount for an upcoming bill or looking for home-based employment. A relatively accessible threshold does not solve those needs: the supply of suitable studies and qualification outcomes remain crucial, and neither is guaranteed by the published threshold.

Our MOBROG verdict

An identifiable survey option to test cautiously, not predictable income.

Strengths
  • An operator named in official terms.
  • Documented general threshold and payout processes.
  • Several visible French-language local entries.
Limitations
  • No guaranteed survey volume.
  • Screening time needs to be counted.
  • Differences between general pages and bank help require account-level clarification.
Best for: Eligible adults comfortable with uncertain small extras who set a time limit.

Base your decision on three conditions together: compliant registration, a genuinely usable payout route and an experience that respects your time. If one is missing, there is no reason to force yourself towards the next balance milestone. The Microtaches FAQ can help you compare a different model’s rules, but it cannot replace a MOBROG support answer about your account.

Is MOBROG free to join ?
The official homepage advertises free registration. That does not guarantee survey invitations, successful qualification or a quick withdrawal. Your time, connection and profile information still matter when assessing the service. Before joining, check the terms for your country and a payment method that will actually be accessible in your account, rather than treating free registration as enough reason to participate.
How old must you be to join MOBROG in France?
The French terms require members to be at least 18 and permanently resident in France. They also require accurate information and one account. These are French-market criteria, not automatically the rules for every other country. If you live elsewhere, check local terms and do not use an invented French address to get around the country selection or gain access to studies.
How much does a MOBROG survey pay?
Base your estimate on the amount shown for each activity, total time spent and money actually received. The reward is specific to the displayed study, and the terms allow redirection to another survey with a different reward. Record both the offered amount and actual credit. Assess your experience using time spent on screening and interrupted attempts as well, rather than turning one successful completion into a monthly income promise.
What is the MOBROG withdrawal threshold?
The published general threshold is €5, checked in November. However, the dedicated Tremendous bank transfer article states a €10 minimum. General help also mentions 500 points for PayPal or a voucher through Tremendous. Check the selected method and the balance equivalence shown in your account; these statements do not establish a universal point-to-euro conversion applicable to every reward in every country.
Does MOBROG offer PayPal payments?
The homepage lists PayPal and general help describes a PayPal route through Tremendous. Options depend on country and account, so that does not guarantee PayPal will appear for you. Also check with the provider that your account can receive this payment in your country. A familiar logo on a public page is not sufficient evidence that you personally have a working receiving route.
Is MOBROG confirmed for Madagascar?
Confirm eligible countries and the required age in the registration form or with support before starting. That absence does not prove closure. Ask support whether registration from your actual residence is possible and which payout routes are available. Do not select another country to obtain an account or try to bypass the applicable residency requirements.
Why am I screened out of surveys?
The official FAQ explains that each study seeks a particular audience. Screening out can therefore mean your profile was not selected rather than that something malfunctioned. Track your own attempts and check compensation terms before participating. Log attempts over a defined period and distinguish selection, technical failure and missing credit after completion so that you can give support a precise description.
Do payouts always arrive within thirty minutes?
The homepage promotes payment in under 30 minutes, while general help describes delivery usually within a few minutes after Tremendous redemption. These are provider statements, not a universal guarantee of bank receipt. Check the redemption stage, account email and chosen method’s rules. For a delay, contact support with the reference and amount, without sharing passwords, login codes or other security credentials.
Are MOBROG answers anonymous?
The homepage describes anonymous, aggregated evaluation of survey answers. That does not make the whole account anonymous: the privacy policy describes profile information and technical data including IP addresses. Read that policy and any partner information before answering. If you are uncomfortable with a question, you can decide not to continue rather than submitting an invented answer to keep the survey moving.
Do MOBROG and Microtaches use the same points?
No. Points mentioned in MOBROG help are not Microtaches Ops. On Microtaches, one Ops is worth €0.0042 for withdrawal and €0.0082 in the shop. Withdrawals have separate thresholds, a reserve and mandatory identity verification. Do not apply MOBROG thresholds or advertised payment timing to Microtaches; they are separate services with different conditions, and a balance on one does not convert into the other.
