How the shop works day to day, from cart to delivery, and what to do when something goes wrong.
What is the shop for exactly?
The shop lets you spend your Ops on products instead of converting them into euros. The applied rate is €0.0082 per Ops, which gives more purchasing power than a bank transfer.
Access opens from a certain progression level, which ensures an account has real activity before ordering. Your current level and remaining progress are shown on the Rewards page.
Why is the shop rate better than the withdrawal rate?
A bank transfer carries processing and compliance costs that an internal purchase does not, hence the gap between €0.0082 and €0.0042 per Ops. This is not a temporary promotion but a cost structure.
What kinds of products are available?
The catalogue mixes digital products, delivered without shipping, and physical products that require a delivery address. Category filters let you display one type at a time.
Are prices shown in euros or in Ops?
The reference price is in Ops, since that is the platform currency. The euro equivalent is only a benchmark and follows the shop rate.
How many euros is a 5,000 Ops product worth?
A product listed at 5,000 Ops represents about €41.00 in shop value. For comparison, the same Ops converted through a transfer would give noticeably less.
Can I order several products at once?
Yes, the cart accepts multiple lines and multiple quantities per line, within reasonable per-order limits. Beyond that, split it into two orders.
Is my cart kept if I close the page?
The cart is kept in your browser during your working session. It is not synchronised across two different devices, though.
What happens if my balance is too low at checkout?
The order is refused before any debit, and the cart stays intact. No order can push a balance negative: this check is enforced server-side.
When are my Ops debited?
The debit happens when the order is confirmed, not at shipping. The amount appears immediately in your transaction history.
How long does an order take to process?
Processing can take up to 2 weeks. That covers preparation and shipping; no precise date is promised at checkout.
What do the order statuses mean?
An order goes from Pending to Processing, then Completed for digital items, or Shipped then Delivered for physical items. Cancelled marks an order that will not go through.
How can I tell if my order moved recently?
The history shows a last-updated date next to the status when it differs from the order date. That is the best sign that processing is underway.
Where can I see my past orders?
The "My orders" tab in the shop lists every order with its date, contents and status. Nothing is removed from that history, even after delivery.
An order still pending can be cancelled by the team on request, and the Ops are credited back. Once the product is shipped or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
Is a refund made in euros or in Ops?
Always in Ops, since the order was paid in Ops: no euro refund is issued from the shop. Refunded Ops become available again immediately.
My order is marked delivered but nothing arrived?
First check the address recorded on the order and any pickup-point drop-off. If nothing matches, report it to support quoting the order number and date.
Contact support with photos and the order number, and keep the packaging. Handling follows the same queue as orders, so within the announced delay.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Only while the order has not moved to shipping, through support. After shipping, the address is fixed with the carrier.
Is shipping included?
Physical products can carry shipping fees expressed in Ops, varying by destination country. The Ops total shown before confirmation includes those fees.
Why is a product unavailable in my country?
Some physical products have a restricted list of delivery countries, for logistical or regulatory reasons. Digital products are not affected by that limit.
What happens if a product goes out of stock?
The product can no longer be ordered and disappears from results until stock returns. An order already confirmed before the stockout is still honoured or, failing that, refunded in Ops.
Who covers any customs duties?
For a delivery outside the standard shipping area, local authorities may charge import fees to the recipient. Those fees are not billed by the platform and are not refundable in Ops.
Can I get an invoice for an order?
Since the order is not paid in euros, the history serves as proof of the Ops spend. For a specific accounting need, send the request to support.
Can I suggest a product for the catalogue?
Yes, the shop includes a suggestion form and a tracker for your submissions. An accepted suggestion does not grant compensation, but it stays visible in your space.
How do I know if my suggestion was accepted?
The dedicated tab shows the status of each of your suggestions. No immediate answer does not mean rejection: proposals are reviewed in batches.
Does ordering earn anything extra?
Some orders unlock badges tied to shop activity, visible on the Rewards page. Those badges reward progression but do not replace the Ops spent.
Can I resell or transfer a purchased product?
Products are tied to the ordering account and are neither transferable between accounts nor intended for organised resale. Misuse can lead to a block.
What happens to an order if my account is blocked?
An unprocessed order is cancelled and a blocked account does not receive the product. A blocked account's balance is also reset to zero.
Why does a product appear in several categories?
A product can belong to several categories when it fits several use cases. The filter therefore shows the same item in each relevant category.
Are product images contractual?
Images are indicative: colour, packaging or model revision can vary depending on supply. The written description prevails over the image in case of a gap.
How are digital products delivered?
They need no address and move straight from Processing to Completed. Retrieval instructions appear in the order details.
I confirmed the same order twice — what should I do?
Report it quickly to support while the orders are still pending so the duplicate can be cancelled. The Ops from the cancelled order are credited back.
Why is there a maximum quantity per order?
Line and quantity limits prevent automated ordering and protect available stock for all workers. An order beyond those bounds is refused at checkout.
Can the withdrawal reserve be used in the shop?
Yes: the reserve is only locked for euro conversion, not for purchases. A balance below the transfer threshold therefore remains fully usable in the shop.
Should I wait until I have many Ops before ordering?
There is no need to wait: Ops do not lose value and the shop rate does not depend on how much you spend. Ordering early mainly lets you test the delivery flow.
After how long should I follow up on an order?
Wait until the announced 2-week delay has passed before following up, unless the status shows an anomaly. Following up earlier does not move the processing queue.
Is my delivery address reused elsewhere?
It is used to ship the order in question and stored with it in your history. Its processing follows the platform's privacy policy.
Because orders are settled in Ops rather than euros, they are not a standard online purchase. In practice, cancellation stays possible while the order is pending.
How do I objectively compare shop and transfer?
Compare a product's Ops price against its public euro price: if the gap is favourable, the shop is the better use of your balance. The public calculator makes that comparison easier.
