Withdrawals and verification

The full payout journey: building your identity file, requesting a transfer and following its processing.

When should I start my identity verification?

Verification is required before your first transfer, not before you start working. Because review takes up to 7 business days, the best move is to submit it as your balance nears the 5,000 Ops minimum, so you are not waiting when you request payout.

Which documents are required exactly?

A valid identity document, a proof of address, and your bank details (IBAN and account holder name). The account holder name must match the identity shown on the ID document.

How long does the KYC review take?

Review can take up to 7 business days. That is an announced maximum, not a committed date: a legible, complete file is usually handled faster.

What statuses can a verification file have?

A file is submitted, then under review, then approved or rejected with a reason. If the account is blocked in the meantime, the file is automatically closed with the matching status.

How do I follow my verification progress?

The verification page shows the file status and a dedicated message thread with the team. Use that thread for any clarification: it keeps the full history of the exchange.

Can I edit or delete a message in the KYC thread?

No, verification thread messages are final once sent. That immutability protects both sides in case of dispute; if you made a mistake, just send a correcting message.

Why can my documents be rejected even though they are genuine?

The most common rejections are technical: cropped document, blur, glare hiding a field, expired validity, or a proof of address that is too old. Retake the photo flat, in natural light, with all four corners visible.

My bank account is in a different name — is that accepted?

No. A transfer can only go to an account in the verified holder's name, with no exception, including a spouse's or parent's account. An IBAN in someone else's name leads to rejection.

Why do some profile fields become uneditable?

Once identity is approved, the fields that identify the person are locked so the verified identity stays consistent with payments. Neither support nor the help assistant can bypass that lock.

I moved after being approved — what should I do?

Report it in the verification thread with a recent proof of address. A change of address does not invalidate the approved identity, but the file must stay current for later checks.

How do I change my registered IBAN?

The request goes through the verification thread, never through a plain message to general support. A new IBAN must always be in the already-verified holder's name, otherwise it is refused.

How is my IBAN protected on the platform?

The IBAN is encrypted in the database and is never exposed in clear text in the worker interface. Identity documents are stored in a private space that is not reachable by public link or by another worker.

My file was rejected — can I resubmit it?

Yes, except in cases of document fraud. Read the stated reason, fix exactly the point raised, then resubmit: sending the same document unchanged will be rejected for the same reason.

What happens if a document is forged?

Forgery or use of forged documents during the procedure leads to permanent account blocking and closure of the verification file. The balance is not paid and the account cannot be reopened.

Can I verify two accounts with the same identity?

No, one identity can only be linked to a single account. Duplicates are detected at verification time and the extra accounts are closed.

What are the conditions to request a transfer?

You need an approved identity verification, a minimum of 5,000 Ops per request, and a balance above the 10,000 Ops reserve. Only the surplus above that reserve is convertible.

What is the non-convertible reserve, concretely?

The 10,000 Ops reserve stays on the account as a floor: it is not lost, it simply cannot be turned into euros. It remains usable for shop purchases.

How is the displayed convertible amount calculated?

The platform subtracts the reserve from the total balance, then converts the rest at €0.0042 per Ops. The input field is capped so you cannot request more than that amount.

Can you give a worked example?

With 20,000 Ops, the 10,000 Ops reserve is set aside and the remaining 10,000 Ops are convertible, i.e. €42.00. The net amount then depends on any bank fees based on your country.

Why are fees applied to my transfer?

A flat 800 Ops fee applies to transfers outside the European area, to cover the real cost of international transfers. Transfers inside the European area do not carry that fee.

Which countries count as European for the fee?

The area covers the 27 EU member states plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra and Monaco. The area is set by the bank account's country, not by your nationality.

How long does payment take after an approved request?

Processing can take up to 3 weeks. No precise date is promised: this is a maximum, and the request stays visible in your history until it is processed.

What do withdrawal request statuses mean?

Pending means the request is recorded and queued, approved means it is paid or being paid, rejected means a reason is given to you. A rejection returns the Ops to your balance.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request I already sent?

A pending request can be cancelled by the team at your request, as long as the transfer has not been initiated. Contact support with the exact date and amount of the request.

Why is there an annual withdrawal cap?

A cap of €2,500 per user per year applies under anti-money-laundering rules. A warning appears as you approach the cap and requests beyond it are blocked.

I hit the annual cap — are my Ops lost?

No, the Ops stay on your account and can be spent in the shop, where the rate is actually better. Transfer capacity resets over the next annual period.

Can I make several requests in the same month?

Yes, as long as each request meets the 5,000 Ops minimum, the reserve and the cumulative annual cap. Grouping amounts is still easier to track in your history.

My request is approved but nothing arrived — what should I check?

First check that the 3-week maximum has elapsed, then check the label on your bank statement, which sometimes differs from the trade name. If nothing shows, email support with the request date.

I gave a wrong IBAN — what happens?

The transfer is rejected by the bank and bounces back, which significantly extends the delay. Correct the IBAN through the verification thread before making a new request.

Which payout methods are actually available today?

Bank transfer is the live method. The other methods shown on the Withdrawals page are marked "Coming soon": they are under consideration, with no announced launch date.

When will PayPal or the other methods go live?

No date is communicated, and any answer promising a specific deadline would be wrong. Live methods appear directly on the Withdrawals page once opened.

What happens to a withdrawal request if my account is blocked?

The block stops the request and automatically closes the linked verification file. An account blocked for breaching the terms is not paid out.

Where can I find proof of my past withdrawals?

The history on the Withdrawals page lists each request with its date, Ops amount, euro equivalent and final status. Keep that history if you need to justify your income.

Is the withdrawn amount net of tax?

No, no tax is withheld at source: the transferred amount is gross of any personal reporting obligation. The applicable rules depend on your country of residence.

In which currency is the transfer made?

Amounts are calculated in euros. If your bank holds the account in another currency, it applies its own conversion and possibly its own fees, independent of the platform.

Can a minor request a transfer?

No, the verification procedure requires an adult identity and a bank account in the verified holder's name. A file that does not meet those conditions is rejected.

Can I get paid if I live outside Europe?

Yes, the platform is available worldwide and transfers remain possible, with the 800 Ops flat fee for accounts outside the European area. Documents must still be legible and verifiable.

How long are my identity documents kept?

They are kept for the period required by payment compliance obligations, then deleted. Exact durations and your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

Can support speed up or force an approval?

No, review follows a compliance procedure and cannot be accelerated or bypassed on request. Sending repeated follow-ups does not change the processing order.

Is it better to spend in the shop or request a transfer?

It depends on your need: a transfer gives freely usable euros, while the shop offers a higher value per Ops. The public calculator lets you compare both options for the same balance.

Can I request an amount in euros instead of Ops?

The request is entered in Ops, and the euro equivalent updates automatically as you type. This avoids rounding gaps between what you request and what is debited.

Can I submit KYC before reaching the minimum balance?

Yes, and it is even recommended: the file can be reviewed while you keep accumulating Ops. You then save the review delay when you make your first request.
