Quality, checks and blocks

The platform's quality rules, what triggers a rejection or a block, and how to put it right.

Why are my answers checked?

Because clients pay for reliable results. Checks also protect serious workers' pay by filtering out sloppy or automated answers.

Are checks automatic or human?

Both, depending on the task: some are validated automatically on objective criteria, others go through human review. The applicable mode is shown before you accept.

How long does a check take?

Automatic validation is immediate. Human review can take from a few hours to several days depending on the pending volume.

What does the Under review status mean?

Your answer has been recorded and is waiting for review. Nothing is required from you: Ops are credited if it is approved.

Why can an answer be rejected?

Off-topic answer, instructions not followed, content too short or generic, missing or unreadable proof, or content identical to another participant's.

Can I know the exact reason for a rejection?

A rejection message is shown on the task in question. If it seems unclear, write to support quoting that task.

Can I dispute a rejection?

Yes, by writing to support with concrete details. A decision is reviewed again if new evidence is provided, not on disagreement alone.

Does a rejection cost me Ops?

A rejection simply earns nothing, which already costs you time. Penalties mainly apply to tasks you accept and then let expire without answering.

What happens if I accumulate rejections?

A high rejection rate signals a problem understanding instructions and can reduce your access to campaigns. Read the instructions in full before answering.

Why must my answers not resemble other people's?

Near-identical content across participants is worthless to the client and signals copying. A similarity check detects it automatically.

I am flagged for a duplicate although I copied nothing — why?

That happens with very short, generic wording that several people write spontaneously. Make your answer longer and more personal to clear the flag.

Can I reuse my own answer from a previous task?

No, each task expects its own content. Reusing your own text triggers the same similarity check as external copying.

Can I use AI to write my answers?

Only when the task explicitly allows it and through the built-in tool provided for that. Text generated elsewhere and pasted as-is is usually rejected, because it looks alike across participants.

Can I answer using machine translation?

Answer in the language the task requires and proofread yourself. Clumsy raw translation is a frequent rejection reason.

What makes a good-quality answer?

One that follows the instructions exactly, provides original and verifiable content, and stays readable. Length matters less than precision and originality.

Why do some tasks include control questions?

They check that the instructions were actually read and understood. Answers must be personal and developed enough to count.

My proof was judged unreadable — what should I do?

Retake the capture full screen, without excessive cropping or blur, and check the required elements are fully visible before submitting.

Why is there a penalty when a task expires?

An accepted task holds a slot nobody else can take. The penalty offsets that wasted hold and only applies when no answer was submitted.

How do I avoid a task expiring?

Only accept what you can do right away, watch the remaining-time bar, and do not accept several tasks at once if you cannot handle them.

Why can I not accept more tasks at once?

The number of simultaneous tasks is capped so slots are not reserved and then abandoned. Finish one to free up a slot.

How are duplicate accounts detected?

By cross-checking declared and technical elements: identity, contact details, signup address and verification information. Detected cases are reviewed before a decision.

I am wrongly flagged as a duplicate — what do I do?

Write to support explaining your situation, for example a shared connection at home or at a place of study. Flags are reviewed manually.

For what reasons can an account be blocked?

Duplicate accounts, false declared information, automation, repeated copied content, falsified verification documents, or misuse of the platform.

What happens to my balance if my account is blocked?

The balance is reset to zero and no transfer is made. Earnings from fraudulent activity are not paid out.

What happens to my identity verification if I am blocked?

Any verification file in progress is closed automatically and cannot proceed while the account remains blocked.

Am I notified if my account is blocked?

Yes, an email is sent with the reason applied. Logging in may still work, but access to tasks and payments is closed.

Is a block permanent?

In the vast majority of cases yes, particularly for document fraud and duplicate accounts. A clear mistake can be corrected if you provide evidence to support.

Can I create a new account after being blocked?

No. Creating a new account after a block is a circumvention and results in the new account being blocked too.

What is the risk of sending an edited document for verification?

Permanent account blocking with no payout. An edited document, even for a reason you consider harmless, is treated as falsification.

My document was rejected without any fraud on my part — what now?

The most common rejections come from a blurry, cropped or expired photo, or a name that does not match. Resubmit a sharp, complete and valid document.

Is the time I spend on a task monitored?

Yes for some tasks, when the instructions imply a minimum duration. The check runs server-side, not from a local timer.

Can I switch tabs during a task?

Yes, your progress is kept. The countdown keeps running though: come back before the deadline.

Can I redo a task I already completed?

Only if the task allows it, and after the required waiting period. Otherwise it no longer appears in your catalogue.

Can I abandon a task I accepted?

You can simply not submit it, but it will expire and a penalty may apply. Better to assess feasibility before accepting.

Can I decline a type of task I am not interested in?

Yes, you freely choose what you accept. Declining has no negative consequence for your account.

A task disappeared from my catalogue — why?

It reached its participant quota, hit its end date, or no longer matches your profile after you updated it.

My catalogue is empty — am I blocked?

Not necessarily: campaigns come in waves and are targeted. Check your profile is complete and up to date, then check back regularly.

Can an already-credited task be reversed?

Yes if fraud is established afterwards, notably during a batch review. That is rare and always justified.

What is a batch review?

A review of a whole set of answers from one campaign to spot abnormal patterns, notably content that is too similar between participants.

What if a task seems impossible or inconsistent?

Report it through the help assistant from within the task. The report reaches the team with context, which allows the instructions to be fixed.

I lost a task because of a bug — can I be compensated?

Report it quickly to support with the date, time and a precise description. Confirmed technical incidents are fixed and the affected cases put right.

Are checks applied the same way to everyone?

Yes, the same rules apply to every account. Team and test accounts are excluded from statistics so measurements are not distorted.

How can I improve my approval rate?

Read the full instructions before accepting, write personal content, attach sharp proof and submit before the deadline. Careful consistency does the rest.
