How progression works on the platform: levels, distinctions, the monthly ranking and consistency.
What are levels for?
Your level reflects your progression on the platform and unlocks certain features, such as the shop from level 2. It is based on your approved activity, not on how long you have been registered.
How do I level up?
By accumulating approved tasks and the matching Ops. Each tier requires more activity than the previous one, and a rejected task does not count.
Where can I see my current level?
At the top of the Rewards page: a progress bar shows your level, the next tier and how much is left to reach it.
Can you drop back down a level?
A level you have reached is not taken away for inactivity. Penalties that significantly reduce your approved activity can, however, affect the following tiers.
Why does the shop require level 2?
That tier prevents orders from accounts that were just created and never used. It is reached quickly with a few approved tasks.
Does a higher level pay more per task?
No — a task's pay is set by the campaign, not by your level. Levels unlock access, they do not multiply earnings.
Does my level change which tasks I see?
The catalogue depends first on your profile and on campaign criteria. Level affects platform features rather than acting as the main catalogue filter.
What is a badge?
A badge is a distinction awarded automatically when you hit a milestone: first approved task, consistency, shop purchases, login streaks. It is purely honorary.
Do badges earn Ops?
Badges are mainly symbolic. Progression-related credits, where they exist, are stated explicitly in the interface at the moment they are granted.
Where can I see my badges?
On the Rewards page, in the badge grid: earned badges are in colour, the others stay greyed out with their unlocking condition shown.
A badge did not appear although I met the condition — why?
Awarding is triggered by your approved activity and can lag slightly. If nothing appears after another approved task, report it to support.
Can you lose a badge?
A badge you have earned stays yours. Only an account block ends the display of your overall progression.
Are my badges visible to other workers?
No, your badge grid is private. Only the monthly ranking exposes a position, not your profile details.
How does the monthly ranking work?
Each month, workers are ranked by their net gain over the period. The ranking resets at the start of the following month.
What is the net gain used for the ranking?
It is the sum of Ops earned during the month, minus penalties. Ranking bonuses from previous months are excluded so recurring winners are not advantaged.
Do my shop purchases lower my ranking?
No. The ranking measures what you earned during the month, not your remaining balance. Spending Ops does not penalise you.
Does the monthly ranking give a reward?
Yes, the top positions receive an Ops bonus credited automatically after the month closes. The payout happens once and is tracked in your history.
When is the ranking bonus paid?
After the month closes, once tasks still under review have been processed. It appears as a dedicated line in your transaction history.
Where do I see my ranking position?
On the Rewards page, in the monthly ranking section: your position is highlighted even if you are not in the top places.
Does my full name appear in the ranking?
No, the display is deliberately minimal so participants' identities are not exposed. Other workers cannot trace it back to your account.
What happens in case of a tie in the ranking?
Positions are separated by how early the activity occurred during the month. Bonuses are still awarded according to the final displayed positions.
Do team accounts appear in the ranking?
No. Admin accounts, test accounts and blocked accounts are excluded from all statistical calculations and from the ranking.
Can a new account win the ranking?
Yes, since the calculation only covers the current month. An active new account is on equal footing with an older, less active one.
What is a login streak?
It is the number of consecutive days on which you logged in at least once. It updates automatically when you sign in.
What happens if I skip a day?
The current streak restarts at one, but your longest streak is kept as a record. No Ops already credited are taken back.
At what time does the day change for streaks?
The calculation uses the server date, not your device clock. If your local clock is off, the platform warns you.
What is a long login streak good for?
It unlocks consistency badges and ensures you see new tasks as soon as they are published, which matters for those with limited slots.
Do I need to complete a task to keep my streak?
No, logging in is enough. But logging in without activity does not advance your level or your ranking.
Does logging in from the app count towards the streak?
Yes. The app and the website share the same account: a login from either is recorded the same way.
What is on the Rewards page?
Three blocks: your level and its progress, the monthly ranking, and the grid of badges earned and still to earn.
What is the difference between the Rewards page and the Statistics page?
Rewards shows your progression and distinctions; Statistics shows your activity volumes and earnings over time.
Do I get anything for completing my profile?
Yes, a one-off Ops bonus is credited once the profile questionnaire is fully completed. It shows up in your transaction history.
Can I get the profile bonus twice?
No, it is paid once per account. Updating your information later does not trigger it again.
Why update my profile if I already got the bonus?
Because campaigns target specific profiles: outdated information reduces the number of tasks offered to you.
Why does the platform ask me to review my profile?
A reminder appears when your information has not been reviewed for several weeks. The check takes under a minute if nothing has changed.
Does a penalty affect my rewards?
Indirectly yes: a penalty lowers your net gain for the month, hence your ranking position, and slows progress towards the next level.
Does a blocked account keep its rewards?
No. A block ends access to the account, progression and any participation in the ranking.
Am I notified when I earn a badge or a bonus?
Yes, a notification can announce it if you have them enabled, and the matching line appears in your history.
Is the displayed ranking final during the month?
No, it keeps moving until the month ends, notably because tasks still under review may yet be approved.
Can I see my past rankings?
Bonuses already paid remain visible in your transaction history, which lets you trace back the months you placed in.
Do I need to rush through tasks to rank well?
Volume matters, but a sloppy task is rejected and earns nothing, or even costs a penalty. Careful consistency beats haste.
Can reward bonuses be withdrawn?
Yes — once credited they join your balance and follow exactly the same conversion and withdrawal rules as any other Ops.
Is there a loyalty programme on top of levels?
Levels, badges and the monthly ranking make up the entire progression system. There is no separate parallel programme.
Can I suggest a new reward?
Yes, suggestions are welcome through support or the built-in assistant, especially for products you would like to see in the shop.
How do I level up?
By accumulating approved tasks and the matching Ops. Each tier requires more activity than the previous one, and a rejected task does not count.
